I’m sorry but I cannot believe this is the sequel to So Wayree (which is one of my favorite if not my favorite lakorns ever)!! The plot was a mess and the pacing was a mess. Everything was just too fast literally 0-100. Also, I get the whole back and forth thing is common in lakorns but the back and forth in this drama was just not it.
*Major spoiler* Nok tells him that she doesn’t want him nor the baby that’s why he takes the baby away and lives elsewhere. He still loves Nok, but she says she doesn’t want them when she actually does. Nok finally realizes her mistakes, asks for forgiveness, and they get back together in the end.
“And from now on I’ll make sure that you never forget.”
GAHDAMN SUNGHOON!!!! THAT WAS SO HOT. ALSO THATS A MAN RIGHT THERE. NOT EVEN MAD ABOUT HIS PRIDE OR EGO HE JUST GONNA MAKE SURE SHE NEVER FORGETS AGAIN!
Thank you!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt that way— who just wanted more.
YESSS. THIS. LOL. Like Black took down so many armed men that are twice his size yet the entire gang couldn’t take down 3 guys!? I get Black is supposed to be a badass but like that’s almost impossible without getting badly hurt?? And how can 4 guys minus Yok not take down 3 guys?
Thank you!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt that way— who just wanted more.
Also, I agree the ending wrapped up too easily that it almost feels rushed. All of a sudden there was a rally of people to help them from being kidnapped? And then Todd is just beaten into a coma by Black? Ending was too easy and anticlimactic.
Thank you!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt that way— who just wanted more.
The story definitely got lost along the way in some parts. Especially like you said how White joined the gang to find out what happened to Black, but he just kind of forgot and went along with the gang. Also, the twin connection was really pointless like you said. It just helped White figure out Black got hurt, but then again Todd told him anyways. Most of it was fillers with lessons about different things which is important, but not really what we’re looking for in this type of series.
I do understand that editing in White and Black in the same frame is hard to make look as real and natural as possible which may explain why they didn’t have too much scenes together till the very end but like you said it did make it seem like Black’s character is almost unnecessary since we barely saw him or what he did. We only ever really saw the end result of his actions.
Couldn’t figure out what I felt I was missing from this series, but your review is exactly how I feel. I think I was expecting more than just lessons. More drama and romance is what I was hoping for. The most excitement I got was when Sean found out that White and Black were twins, but most parts I was kind of bored. Don’t get me wrong though, Gun’s acting was phenomenal as usual, but like you said there were things I was expecting and looking for that just didn’t happen. Nice review!! :)
also, i do not really understand why people blame Prin for the beginning when it is clearly shown that Pam was…
For me Prin isn’t completely at fault since Pam made it seem like Mitra was a SW and sold her to Prin, but at the same time Prin should’ve known better to not sleep with someone who’s so obviously drugged and incapable of giving consent because that is considered rape even if she kissed him back etc.
Just realized something. Jinyoung was so embarrassed about having to go to the bathroom so bad and avoided Sunghoon because of that. But in the next episode it’s obvious he’s gonna see EVERYTHING. LOLLLLL
