Right..I had a VERY HARD time watching these two and I'm a fan of Peter Ho..

Its' like a lot of actress's or "some" that are in their late 30'z playing a young 17-20yrs old..It just doesn't work..Age shows, no-matter how well one keeps themselves or how much makeup is used...Like whatshername with Wang Yi Bo in that one series..Too old is too old..

Everyone grows OLD and there's NOTHING wrong with it..It's nature taking it's course but to downplay a role is just icky.. A role should match the age and not just because SHE/he is famous..

Honestly, the two are too old to play this role or their role as "young" men..

What are their back story anyways? I mean, who are they in terms of power and in relations to Yang Go/Little Dragon girl etc etc??

Basically this one and all it's mini series are suppose to be 1 WHOLE 60 Eps series but the MAIN storyline failed at capturing the audience and did so poorly that CHINA/production decided to split the series up and try to make it better somehow and it just ends up CONFUSING everyone or most, esp those not familiar with Yang Guo/Little Dragon girl..

These are even BEFORE the times of Yang Guo DAD(Yang Huo) and the other STUPID dude/character/Guo Jing...Most only know or care about Yang Guo/Guo-Guo and Guo JIng era..

TVB'z done it all and I would really like to know which version you were speaking of that has the Blind women in black character liking her Master..I recall that she's not really BAD, BAD thou.. It's interesting that you said the Master felt something for her too..That totally got me surprised, because I know she does have Loyalty towards her Master and has saved his daughter from even RAPE once..
