Also, this Kdrama must hold some sort of record for the fastest handholding, end of Ep1 and moving in suggestion,…
Right, and "you have to hold my hand to recharge" = many more to come!! To be fair he did say to keep your fate close, what's closer than living together!?!
I am trying to focus on the story but there's too many bugs in version 2.0!! I want to believe Jojo grew up and matured, but I'm not convinced. Season one HyeYeong and SunOh were definitely clear in their roles and in Season 2 too, I don't have any issue with them. It's Jojo who wasn't consistent, in Season 1 she says they broke up because of fear, past, blah, blah, then in Season 2 changes it and says (to SunOh) "When you first came to our school, I could only think about HyeYeong" What?? Ummm did she remember her own past?? She didn't bat an eye to HyeYeong, even when they worked together, it wasn't until the nurses office that she seemed to know he existed. If it was true she'd loved him all along, could have fooled me. I mean we even had to have someone come back to life, to explain it all to her in the end, because I think she was lost just like the rest of us.
Ugk. I. Feel. So. Sad. For you. Ugk I don't even want to think of my reaction of this shit drama after 2 years…
I'm trying to remove it from my mind. I guess I'm thankful that it was only 6 episodes, any more and IDK what I'd do. I kept watching the runtime wondering if it was over yet.
I think the Aunt started standing up for herself more in S2 like trying to kick her daughter out and speaking up for herself, compared to S1.
SunOh's mom could care less about anyone else for sure.
I think she meant she felt bad when her video with Sun Oh in this season went viral. I saw season 1 in 2019 and…
That’s true there was another viral video in S2 maybe she was referring to that one. The reason I thought it was the S1 viral video was because right before mentioning it, she was talking about how when SO first came to the school she liked HY, which also didn’t make sense, since she also says the first time she met HY was the nurses office way later. I dunno. I’m all for growing up and maturing, I just don’t think Jojo did that.
If the message of “love can change” was truly what they were trying to say, they didn’t do a good job of it. I mean I could have gotten on board with that concept, I mean DukGo even says at the end “people put too much faith in machines”, which I agree with.
My problem isn’t her choosing HyeYeong, my problem is the reason she breaks up with SunOh in S1 isn’t the same as S2, she literally says in S2 that she actually liked HyeYeong all along, and that she was afraid he was hurt when their kissing video went viral.... but then later says the first time she saw HyeYeong (knew he existed) was in the nurses office which was after after her kiss with SunOh. I mean if you can overlook all that, then okay. It doesn’t add up.
I agree love can change, I just wish they showed it a little better, and emphasized that we know ourselves better than an app. I think I would have liked that more.
I don’t know, some of Jojo’s reasoning was off for me. Like did she forget she was dating some other dude when she first met SunOh but says in S2 that she was really in love with HyeYeong all along and felt bad for HY when her and SO’s S1 alley video went viral.
I feel there was a disconnect from S1 to S2, like I was watching a completely different story, same actors and same name but the Love Alarm 2.0 update had too many bugs in it for me.
Love Alarm 2.0 was a fake app. It looked like Love Alarm 1, acted like Love Alarm 1, but in the end was just masquerading, I saw right through that, can’t fool me.

After reading Part 1 and 2, I’d add Itaewon class, Extraordinary you, and Reply 1994. I love female leads chasing after male, anyone else have some more recommendations?
Ok I’m finished. You know, like I gave this a chance. I watched all 20 episodes, even though at times I would…
Glad I read to the end, ‘people were a lot uglier’ lol. I think it was tragic because mainly everyone suffered, every single one of them. No one came out on top, main character or supporting character. I don’t know why they even used the idea of her being from the future she was all in by like the 3rd episode, forgetting all of it, using nothing to her advantage. Yet I still couldn’t stop watching regardless lol.
She left the palace for him so that his daughter can live.......She begged to save wook's life so that he will…
I think it was extremely impactful that she didn’t die in his arms. I felt like he went through that because when his mother died and he didn’t let his brother see her, now he doesn’t see the one he loves. Definitely a scene I won’t forget.
Wait, what do you mean, is it a sad ending? Oh no, I'm only on ep 3 ;(
I don’t want to spoil it since you’re still pretty early in the series. As you watch more episodes you can see a theme that’s different from the beginning. I would say the ending is fitting for the drama. Let me know what you think once you get there.
I just finished this drama 5 min ago..... Why doesn’t it come with a warning label? Now I’m sitting here not knowing what to do. I went into this innocently enough, I read the synopsis, and came out ripped apart. I kept watching the last episode’s runtime count down, thinking it’s okay there’s still 40 min left, a lot can happen in 20 minutes, 10 minutes we can get out of this, 4 minutes I refuse to give up hope, 0 minutes I’m getting on MDL. I need a support group now.

I had the same vibes, that the genre kept changing. So much potential for this idea, but the update crashed!!!
The only person I liked was the Aunt, she did a complete 180 from S1 to S2, had major character development and was awesome in the end.
