Title Heartbeat
What caught me in this story is that it seems to me that he is going to stay with someone who was not his first…
He will most definitely become human and stay with In Hae.

The ML is the one that can save this show. The FL has her moments but most of the time she is annoying and she screams way too much. I get that that's how her role is supposed to be but she is not a teenager. The plot is nothing new with the same storyline that is getting recycled everytime but the group of vampires is making things bearable. We've got the same old tropes under a different production and that's all. The old true love who's coming back into his life, the old enemy who is waiting to catch him and the same FL who can't stand him in the beginning and then falls in love with him. Like I said, the ML can bring his charm and make this drama tolerable because he is the type of actor who can make even the most dull drama interesting but apart from that I don't expect anything else from this storyline.

In my opinion, Ju Mi is running in vain after Gyeo Re. It is clear that he is not interested in her. Ji Young is the epitome of the perfect girl in their eyes when it comes to physical appearance so I get it why all of the boys are running after her. For me, Ju Mi and Ji Won would have been really suited for each other. They are really mature and understand the place they are in when it comes to work and personal affairs. It is a pity that Ju Mi hesitates when it comes to giving him a chance.

This is one of the best dramas I've ever encountered in all these years! The story, the characters, the feels you have watching it! There is not one dull moment where you can say you get bored or your attention fades away. It really portrays the reality of a family, with all the hardships and difficulties it carries, with all the good and the bad moments and the way everything can change in a second. It really teaches you to stop taking things for granted, to follow your dreams, not the ones of your parents. This can only make you resent them and can drive a wedge between the two sides. I am really excited about this drama and I consider that you can learn valuable things from watching it!

I was very disappointed with today's episode. I did see it without subs but I don't know if that really affected…
That shows that he really loves his role and is not the kind of actor who wants all the spotlight on him! He's happy and content to make room for fellow actors to shine and most importantly, grow and get the recognition they deserve.

I can proudly say that the only character I've loved in this drama was the king. He was not easily swayed and influenced by his ministers or other people, he was always looking for justice, he loved his children. He was smart, just and sometimes stern in order to maintain his authority but he did not give the others the chance to manipulate and make him a puppet for their purposes. Even when it came to his family he kept his poise and handled the problems using his wits. There were times when I thought that he'll get played or betrayed by his trusted advisors but I'm glad things weren't like this and he managed to turn things in his favor with every chance he got being always one step ahead.

I won't complain like the others about the romance. I loved how it was portrayed, simple and natural. What frustrates me is the pace of the story and the lack of material they presented us. Every plot could have been easily solved in a couple of episodes. The way the story was dragged until the end dissapointed me.

And here I was 2 months ago thinking that 20 episodes are just too many. Well, guess what. As the story progresses, not even 50 episodes can save it. This drama dissapointed me so much. The story is dragged, the plot is going nowhere, the main couple has no chemistry. It represents the poor execution of a good story. It is also a shame that the actors failed to save this through their interactions. I wish I haven't started this drama.

At this point idk if I love it or just forcing myself to watch it
To be honest, i'm like this too. I really really wanted to enjoy it but now it's just going nowhere, It's the same plot over and over again. ML is framed one episode, then he's happy, he's framed again and so on..

Well, this drama is dissapointing as I expected. I don't blame the actors though, they are doing a fantastic job portraying their characters. It's the length of it. 20 episodes are just too much for this type of script. It's a pity, honestly, because people are already dropping it because of the slow pace, I am thinking of doing the same but I've got through the first half and I feel bad for casting it aside so I'll just try to make it to the end.

An excelent drama with a nice and logical plot without stupid things and radical twists. Would have been nice if we would have seen Eun Yong and Jun Kyung together but I am not complaining. They will be a family forever, always supporting each other and that's all that matters.

Mmm.. the story is okay but not original, the acting is mmm, and some scene makes no sense. I don’t know, the…
This. Nowadays I feel like dramas put more accent on an expensive and popular cast than a good story. The thing is, most of us don't care about the actors or their popularity. I just want a good drama with a good and unique plot. That's for me.
On Payback: Money and Power Feb 10, 2023
I am not the kind of person that leaves a comment on a drama but this one... Is just perfect. If you are looking for a story with mature and smart characters that always have an ace up their sleeves, that calculate every move they take and are not scared of taking responsability for their actions and do sacrifices for the greater good, then this drama is for you. The plot may confuse you a little at some point but it cleares perfectly after that. I am sad that it's ending this week but also grateful for stumbling upon this masterpiece.

The drama with it's whole storyline is awesome. Na Yeon however, irritates me so much! I can not stand her character and the way she always makes things difficult for the ml.

So now, after these eight episodes, is there any romance or still not ?
I mean.. I see their relationship more of a love one than one of friendship or anything. They've spend so many years together to not develop something more. I just hope we'll see more of this aspect

Woah, I've cried so much during this episode and in the final I was so happy for Jong Woo and Seul Ki. We have seen once again that sincerity and perseverance win in the end. Jong Woo was so loyal and pure since the beginning and he even made Seul Ki change her values by choosing him. He didn't put pressure on her, he didn't make her feel uncomfortable not even for a second and he was always there for her. We've seen Seul Ki admit that she always went after the boy she liked and I believe she was like that because she hasn't met the boy that will love her with all his being and unconditionally. I am so happy for them and I hope that they will continue their story on the outside too.
