Moonlight 2021, moonlight 2023 both are cdramas. Whats the difference? Why is it the same drama name in same country’s drama? Really curious and confused!

upto first half of ep 31 I felt like both of them were in love with each other, after that till the end I felt like it was ML's one-sided love and he was bothering a girl he loves :( what just happened to my favorite drama!! I was so badly waiting every day for each episode and just in 1 day it's just gone!! Killed it completely :'( Why did they change the whole plot in the last 5 episodes?? What's wrong?? They cut so many scenes which were included in their theme song!! Can't believe :( I want to go back to yesterday :'( Its a disastrous day today :'( So sadly upset :'(
