Ha Seok Jin plays the King as such a creep, I want to seek out some of his other roles to get rid of the bad taste. He does too good of a job making his character despicable.
Has anyone seen any of his other dramas? Looks like he’s been in quite a few other good ones. Looking for recommendations.

I noticed that too. I think he only has a dimple on one side of his face. 🥰

I believe this is about the journey of the ML to becoming the best version of himself. So it makes sense to start him off as less than desirable.

On The Forbidden Marriage, I honestly don’t remember. I looked at my notes and I have it on high rewatch value, but I’m old and I don’t retain a lot of the details.
Oh I just found a note of mine that this should have been titled Romance. Filled with Romance and beautiful romantic ending.

I thought it got extremely interesting when we learned why the bad guy was bad.

Yes I was able to notice that, but I thought there was an even younger actor. So the scene in episode 13 when he plays a young man who is still good, the scene where he gets the scar, that’s the same guy? Incredible!
