After watching 30 episodes of this show, it has proven a lot of realities in the present time - no matter how old most people are - they either lack common sense or they have not matured at all. I love the show and the storyline is unique but the FL and the ML don't have chemistry at all. It's like they should be casted as siblings instead or an arranged marriage.
Watched this one on Netflix and WTF, the ending hit me like a freight train! 🤣 but what a rollercoaster ride! I loved it! Nevermind remembering everybody’s names, the show has lower thirds to remind you who’s who. I definitely recommend this towards viewers who like an Agatha Christie’s Poirot or Marple sort of mystery show.
I think that everybody should give themselves a break from watching 100 episodes of heavy drama ( kid’s bawling and women shrieking over minutia of things) and give this light hearted show a chance because I highly recommend a little downtime for once before the holidays. ☺️
Jang Yoon Ju is such a great actress. She’s scary and conniving versus Jeon Yeo Been’s common sense and calculating moves. I’m looking forward for Monday’s release!
Tian Xiaojie’s performance in the Legend of Zanghai is an Oscar nomination. He reminded me of the likes of Anthony Hopkins - subtle yet focused, fatherly with intrigue, secrets yet to be unfolded on the palm of his hand.
I couldn’t wait to watch the last 10 episodes of this show that I left Viki Rakouten for a bit and go to a Youko , subscribe for one month ( $3.99) and I’m almost done. The show is massively intriguing and beautiful, from the smallest detail of plants, to the costumes, the cinematography was phenomenal and I highly highly recommend this show for women who would like to a step back from watching another Desperate Mrs Seonju, Cinderella game, theQueen’s house. Etc. , this show is a feast for the eyes, the storyline is fast pacing and the actors are well casted. Everybody worked tooth and nail for this show to be a success. I can’t wait to watch another drama written by Kennedy Xu.
Seeing Ji Seok and Sung Ho having a heart to heart talk is a defining moment of their relationship. For what's its worth, Sung Ho saved Ji Seok's life in the past and Ji Seok became the Chairman of the company, I hope he realized how blessed he is for having a father figure like Sung Ho for aiding his revenge. Ji Seok wouldn't have turned out well if they've never met. 13 episodes to go, I can't wait for the finale'.
Jeeze, I felt that smack right across my face with a big gasp 😱 And I can’t believe its almost the end of March and we have 24 episodes to go. Kudos to this fine cast, everyone acted so well in this show.
Jeeze, I thought my tinnitus is ringing or that opera version of the ending theme song sound like cats howling getting it on under a full moon. LOL. I would suggest if they want to annoy the viewers with a giant plot twist on the next episode - insert the opera theme song. LOL. Just kidding.
The picture on the sonogram looked like a huge tumor in someone's beer belly - 8 weeks is no bigger than a peanut, seriously! thats 2 months! I forgot the pregnancy plot, that was slick of MJ to concoct a devious plan to trap JG into a loveless marriage. I believe that SY will start playing both JS and JG 's feelings and will lose both of them in the end. I wish that Mr. Han will have the 'cajones' to step up and protect his grandson by taking the Chairwoman to family court or help Hana with her revenge. Hana would need all the help she can get.
I love this show and I've forgiven the writers for the silly things ( the tumor on the picture especially). Please don' t let Hannah get her revenge in the last 10 episodes of the series, pretty please?
I felt that the Chairwoman is in a vulnerable state right now because of the guilt of keeping up this charade. I wish that she could just come clean and tell Hana the truth. ( from the begginning, all she wanted was to find EunChong's grandma- wih no strings attached) I love the slow romance between Hana and Mr. JG andd the anticipation of Eunchong's adoption - but I think JG deserved the slap from JS. It makes me frustrated to know that Hana and Eunchong are the innocent ones in this show.
