Shao Shang herself. she remembered all the nice things that ZiSheng did for her and the love he showed to her.😏 it's not going crazy, it's realizing what you can and can't do. and what could she have done by herself? really, what? even after she left by herself, who helped her? ZiSheng, so please she needed to realize her limitations and stop trying to handling things by herself. it was a team effort that saved her father. i will not say ZiSheng saved the day, that would be wrong but saying she saved her father is a misrepresentation of what happened.😫 again how can Shao Shang ask for openness when she herself was unwilling, flat out told him she not going to do it and she doesn't need his help. how you mad you're not getting something that you your self not giving out. make it make sense please.

I still maintain he did not abandon her, he let her go. he was about to commit a serious crime and didn't want her and her family to be implicated. if one thing we can all say is that ZiSheng wanted the best for her. she never gave anyone the opportunity to love her. she was always second guessing things people did or say. i wanted the writers to help her deal with her issues and to me they dropped the ball on that. how can she expect openness when she did not give it her self. how many times did ZiSheng ask her to come to him? to share with him her issues, troubles in the palace? did she do that????????? no no no!!! he always found out after the fact. so expect something if you yourself are unwilling to do the same. his aunt instigated him??? were we watching the same drama??? did you forget that he saw his father killt not even killed, killt? and how it was just by an unfortunate luck, he exchanged his clothes with his cousin? that he escaped death by the skin of his teeth??? the aunt did not have to instigate anything. he had to get revenge for his father.

*sigh* y'all keep glossing over things with Shaoshang. 😫 First of she didn't save her father, it was a team effort. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 she would have died or been killed in the jail. many times Zisheng had to hold her back from going half corked looking for her father. she didn't know where he was or even where to search. ZiSheng had to calm her down, he had to tell her they needed a plan, a strategy. he had to stop her many times from giving away how much info they already knew.😫 Shaoshang going off by herself was not selfless; because now everyone had to worry not only about her father but her as well. wondering if she was ok or dead. she doesn't think about the consequences of her actions at all.😐😑😒 and let's be real, Zisheng had to mitigate alot of the aftermath of her actions.😒 We all know that ZiSheng was crazy in love with Shaoshang; so maybe he thought he could have had it all. and it did look that way at first but then his uncle/father killed the only witness that could have given testimony of what really happened that night but that witness got killed by his uncle/father. there were times her schemes did get her and her family in trouble and it was ZiSheng once again who saved them. it was my general who had her to be recognized in public by the emperor. so please stop acting as if ZiSheng was the villan to Shaoshang. ZiSheng stood up for her at the party and instead of at least saying thank you to the man, what did she do??!?!? the heifer actually got mad and was petty with him.???! like what?😫 is you serious?😫 like how you mad that the man who claims to adore you just defended and stood up for you in public?!?!? like why are you mad he has power, influence, could command a room??? that didn't come easy. 👏🏿it was hard earned with his many battles won.👏🏿

LOL from your whole paragragh above (and next time use paragraghs please, it was confusing to read it but moving along) i see you are one of those who would put all the blame on Zisheng. So Shao Shang can be crafty and use others for her revenge but ZiSheng can't? Shao Shang wants openness from ZiSheng but can't give the same to him? How many times did we see him get upset with her after getting to know the things that have happened to her and she didn't not tell him; but wants him to be real and open with her???? Miss me with the hypocrisy please. She learned to change???? HOW???? This female lead was by far the most selfish, immature, ungrateful and most pettiest female I have ever seen.! (And that's saying alot. I thought the female lead in Shining Inheritance was ridiculous but Cheng Shao Shang takes the cake.😫) Not once in the 56 episodes did she ever show character growth! Everything she did was reactive and not proactive. I was tired and quite frankly getting irritated of the "my parents abandoned me, no one love me, I am what I am because of this" BS. Girl shut up!!! 😫 Not everything was about you!!! And let me say this as well the General did not abandon her; he let her go. He knew what he was going to do was very serious and the backlash of it would have negatively affected her family. He could have married her and roped her family in this but he loved her too much to cause her any problem. He did so much for her, would have died for her, loved her so much and because he didn't do what she wanted him to do, she left him?!?!? SHE ABANDONED HIM PEOPLE!!! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Anytime someone tried to correct her, to show her where she did wrong, advise her, she got pissy. What???? What really irked me was when he cautioned her to behave in the palace, she got mad. Like heifer you almost got killed!! Listen to somebody who knows!
