You've said it all . I mean people here saying IH chose TO and betrayed him which makes him the most hated character, REALLY!! From episode 1, we could see that TO himself chose IH. Some will say HOW? From episode 1, it was clear TO intentionally chose that particular house, went to the same school as IH, went to his house and stared at him in a "I'm gonna use you" looking manner.
