The chemistry between the two leads were amazing. The acting was really good, I cried like a baby. I really enjoyed watching this drama. I wish it was more popular and more people could appreciate how awesome it was.

Well in the book, the story continues and Rong Zhi tries with all his might to scheme and make Chu Yun fall in love with her again. It's a much better story line, if only the director stuck with it. Boohoohoo

I'm so disappointed with the way this drama is heading. WTF is with the second part (from Ep 16 onwards). There's no memory loss (as described in the descriptions) and Rong Zhi has a side consort, oh Rong Zhi oh Rong Zhi, you are meant to be in love with Chu Yu (exclusively). And I don't like Rong Zhi's hair or his clothes in the second part. Makes him look anorexic, where is your beautiful flowing hair and flowing white clothes.

I don't know about you guys, but I feel like I'm watching a completely different drama, and the Rong Zhi in the second half doesn't seem as smart as he was before, like a completely different person... why... oh... why. This drama has so much potential but I feel like the director and screenwriters have killed it. The reason why I'm not around this week is because I'm at a funeral, cry, cry, sadly, I had to drop this one after watching 2 episodes of the second part... OMG, me too (and I thought I was the only one). I'm Chinese (not that it matters) but I'm finding it hard to tell the two guys apart too. Especially at the beginning. I kept having to do a double take.

I thought I was watching a spoof with the cooking scene, A'Li's fat face and ridiculous fringe/bangs, the over the top wedding headdress Bai Qian wore (was she wearing a mop), and Ye Hau's armor, he had boobs for crying out loud.

OMG, what was that crap. Apart from the names of characters and a slight resemblance of the story, it was nothing like 10 Miles. No cute interaction between Bai Qian and Rice Ball, I didn't feel the anger, resentment and disappointment when Bai Qian found out the truth, and I didn't feel the love between Ye Hua towards Qian Qian. What a mess. I get it, it's a movie and can only capture the main story line but if I hadn't watched the drama, I would have been lost.

I want to attempt at reading the Chinese novel but my Chinese isn't that great so can't locate the link to the novel (untranslated. Can someone please help me locate the Chinese version... I've read all the released English translated chapters but just can't wait anymore... Hopefully with google translate, I'll be able to understand it... Thanks in advance to whoever can provide me the link to the Chinese novel.

"To the Sky Kingdom" by Tang Qi, cost $5.30 on amazon. Such a good read. Yue Hua is so lovely on paper.

I'm the same, I feel lost now that the drama has finished. So I went looking for the translated novel. However, I found the official translated novel a lot better than the on-line translated version (more like a summary). I ended up buying it on amazon for $5, (called "To the Sky Kingdom" by Tang Qi) and now i get to relive it on my kindle. I so need the movie to come out soon so I can relive it once more... 3 times... 3 lives... LOL

If you want see Remembering Lichuan subbed, you'll just have to fill in the form to ask that it gets licenced on viki and we have a team of Chinese subbers willing to sub it. Because it's not licenced, we are not willing to work on the drama, in case it get's removed like many of our fan based channels.
