I'm not Chinese so I'll just tell you what I deduced...
- Mimi stabbed Sun because she wanted to gain Khatun's trust so she would get to know the location of Changge(According to Sun's plan)
- She'er and Mimi weren't rather discussing... He was trying to know why Mimi would suddenly stab Sun and knowing that Sun is very good at fights and all so he couldn't be so easily hurt by Mimi.... So he asked her what was their plan
