I need a petition for him to be allowed to smile more in his roles cause damn his smile is so pretty but he always plays these cool and cold on the outside characters it's a shame really. Maybe he does play some but I haven't watch those yet..
I personally don't really like when childhood friends get together cause I just don't relate to that at all. I really hoped they showed an endearing friendship that does not need to be romantic just cause it happens to be between man and a woman. I feel like if you're in touch with your childhood friend like your whole life it's unlikely your feelings suddenly become romantic.
It's a great and cute good-feel kdrama, I don't really understand why it's 2 seasons and not just one with 16 episodes so it feels weird to comment after watching the first season only. It's great for what it is, let's see how the story will continue with the other 8 episodes
I didn't really get what was the meaning of this Kdrama. It has an amazing cast, I like the music and the production, but the story, what was it again? First two episodes I was so confused that I dropped it for some time. The story telling really was a mess imo.
It's a great and fun show but omg it was so long, some scenes were so much longer than they needed to be and if they just cut out some scene time they could easily do 1 hour per episode and it would tell the exact same story
It was fone for what it was, nothing really original tho. I liked the family dynamic of the female lead, her and her brother were always so funny. The love triangle could've been better, I personally like the options to be open longer so we can see more moments with each of the potential partners. I liked the second male lead more mostly because of the acting. I understand that the first male lead is supposed to seem cold and stuff but it starts to be annoying to see the same expression every time he is on screen.
Is it a happy ending drama??Worth to watch...? Like is it boring or... interesting?
It's sad, the ending is sad, I mean the main character has cancer which you know of from the start so you know what happens at the end. I think it's worth to watch, but I wouldn't binge watch it, it's quite heavy.
I cried so much. It was quite long and slow but I still enjoyed it a lot since I didn't binge watch it but watched just few episodes every day. It's really emotional so I recommend to watch it with breaks. Kim Woo Bin's acting really shines in this one, the voice cracks when he cried were killing me.
I think the rating doesn't show this Kdrama justice. It's definitelly not a regural romance we see all the time, with characters slowly falling for each other, holding hands, kiss at the very end of the show, and it's amazing for what it is, which is raw emotions of flawed people who are driven towards each other but can't figure out how to work together in a relationship. The characters feel real, especially the main female lead, I completely could understand the way she is reacting considering her past relationship. I personally love these kind of relationships, they are difficult to portray tho. This show and actors especially did it well. Their relationship is so complex, on one hand I wanna root for them cause they seem they actually like each other, on the other hand you can see they are not good for each other and want the best for them both. I think we can all agree the first half was better than the second half. I feel like the real angst came in the last two episodes and it should've started way sooner to show their emotions more. The first half was so good thanks to the main lead couple and their amazing acting and chemistry, I could feel the sexual tention through the screen for real. Without that you wouldn't believe this kind of relationship one bit. Overall, I think it was really great, you just need to take it for what it is, for flawed characters and flawed relationships.
It was good for what it is, mainly because good production and acting. But it's still just a death game, you pretty much know what will happen, for me personally not even the "big twists" were a surprise and I just guessed what it's gonna be with the first indication really. It's still a good show and especially because it has just 9 episodes it's a quick watch, but I believe there are many more Kdramas that deserve more recognition than this one.
I liked this more than I thought I would! It was surprisingly funny, the characters were likable. I really don't have any criticism, maybe just the way the cat must've teleport herself into rooms sometimes cause I had no idea how the hell did she get through those closed doors lmao.
Okay, I skipped so many scenes cause I just didn't really care. Some scenes were good but like I can't rate a Kdrama good when I skip so much just to finish it.
The main love triangle was so weird. Both of the guys were really toxic. The ML was so agressive with everything he did, never respected FL boundaries and wasn't even trying to understand and respect the position FL was in. Overall he was so annoying seriously. Second lead was not that better being a bully and all but he was just way more interisting of a character and I personally liked the scenes better.
Ah just very frustraiting to watch, maybe it had some appeal in 2013 but now there are so many better Kdramas with similar settings that you don't have to settle for this one.
The first few episodes when they were in the US were so boring and cringe tbh but I got more interested after those. Still I'm skipping lot's of scenes I'm not interested in, like the political stuff etc.
I think it was so great and I enjoyed it a lot, the characters have great and interesting personalities \nd I personally liked the chemistry of the main couple due to great acting. It's just too long, I was starting to lose focus in the second half.
I liked this a lot! I didn't expect it to deal with so many issues as it did, like body image, feminism, sexism, beauty standarts etc. The majority of the guys were soooo annoying it really got on my nerves but that's the reality sadly. Ah I wanted to punch all of them so badly.
I liked the progress the characters made, especially the female lead. I don't usually like the main female character to be shy and quiet but it made sense here and she got more confident later on which was nice. Same with the male lead, he was portrayed as the cold handsome quiet guy but to me he felt so warm especially even with his face barely showing emotions. That's something you don't see very often with these cold-looking characters.
