Because its not that they dont have any korea translators, since they do translate when he talks to himself in korean or the other coworker. I think its just something the makers did to add a little touch so we and the female lead realise things together haha

With the way the plot is going, i can understand him not reprimanding her because the patient was in a ceitical condition and no one would have expected them to get a sudden trauma case at that point. Even though there are no excuses and that he should have been informed, i get it.
But the talk they had in episode 14 where he just gently told her to think about it blah blah blah? Bruhhh, that was definitely not what i wanted. I wanted her to get a scolding that he would have given in s1 or S2. The only person he has been angry at in s3 has been jang dong hwa . Cha eun jae is literally in her 30's and she is ready to stop treating patients just because of a bad boss??
I agree KDJ may not be the best one but i could understand that what he put were pretty valid rules. Only if all the staffs could act like adults and talk it out with him

Kim sabu would never put up with the absolute bull the staff at trauma center has done. S1 Kim sabu would have shouted at all of them and told them that their first duty is to save patients but now now S3 we have this gentle person who is letting everything go.
I mean can we forget how he did not let Yoon seo jung work as a doctor for like 10 episodes?? In s1, his personality towards the fellows werent good but his talent and his principles was what made him stand out.
Now he just has his principles and a very gentle personality. Even in S2.

I really think jang donghwa is related to kim sabus first disciple and she is prolly his sister whose singing is what he listens to in his tapes.
Which is really cool cuz it reminds of a dialogie in s1 when kim sabu says that a lot of interactions that he found small and ordinary ended up making major changes in his life and i think this is just one of them.
The writers have definitely made Kim sabu gentler along the seasons. I just watched s1 recently i can say with my eyes closed that if yoon seo jung had pulled half the shit that cha eun jae is doing now, he would have stopped her from working.
I think Kim sabu thought a gentler approch to reaching would be better than what he initially did failed to realise that, this approach just made them like ducklings following their mother.
With episode 13, i had more expectatoons for episode 14 but it just fell flat.
Chae eun jae literally has no personality this season and is just used as a plot point to move things ahead. Very lazy writing. The characters have stopped having consistent personalities

If i remember correctly, She is doing some research in US or something. Thats what was shown in the first episode of S2 and there were scenes where they showed that Yoon seo jung called Kim sabu to talk about the oddball project
I am so happy for this episode. I live for the reality checks that the people are getting. I agree with kang dong joo. If kim sabu is your goal, you will never succeed as a person yourself rather you would mold yourself into another kim sabu. You should learn to make decisions and not just become a yes man and think what kim sabu does is always right Kang dong joo in s1 always wanted to be the best. For him Kim sabu was someone who knew was a great surgeon and that he could look upto him and learn his skills while for Seo woo jin, kim sabu is THE greatest surgeon. I just watched S1 again recently and i feel that you can resonate and understand the personality of kang dong joo more when you have a fresh memory of s1 compared to a memory where s2 also clouds your vision.
