pardon me for my ignorance,😅 but what is a lakorn ?

6 episodes, half drama.

First I put it on hold, was hoping to resume maybe once it finishes but I just don't feel like continuing it anymore. It kinda lost the charm for me midway.

yes they kept portraying him as bad. I even thought maybe he actually kept cheating with the sis again and again that's why he's so guilty. Or maybe he was cheating way before the accident of their child but it was not like that.
If you see the scene, the sis only drinks a little while she is sitting at the bar but that's all, she just takes him home after that, she wasn't drunk, while he couldn't even stand on his own.

The fact that even when he was drunk, he was not the one to start anything, and her being sober like she literally took advantage of his state. And she even proceeds to go through everything , doesn't even stop at one point realizing what she was doing. and even after all the time she does nothing and just sit there and cry, act like some victim. And if it weren't for the husband, most probably the fl would have long been dead, killed by the villain and her story would have just ended like that. At this point she is just being ungrateful to her husband actually, not because she left him, but because she took in her backstabbing pathetic loser of a sister.

Episode 8 was really emotional T-T

Episode 7, I really enjoyed the old couple scene lmao, they be having a good time together. Love is in the air hehe

Yes, I understand her not wanting to be with her husband anymore ok fine.
But the moment they showed how she welcomed her sister with open arms. That actually left a bad taste in my mouth because otherwise I was really enjoying the episode. I didn't like how they showed that.

Their chemistry must be intense, the sizzling kind.

Does the drama gives a bit of bl vibes with not actual Romance? or is it straight up just bromance and not even a hint of something else ?

What's even the reason that he gets casted so easily in such big dramas? what even goes behind screens, it seems he is well respected in the industry. Why are these people so desperate to take him, either they actually respect him or they fear him if he is some powerful guy in korea.
But I don't understand why can't they just kick him out. He's thriving and it's disgusting. People who actually cast him in their shows, I reall wanna know what they actually think about him.

I can understand, by starting low, I mean I sometimes watch with zero expectations and it's better this way. Otherwise when I have high expectations, I wear my critics glasses and that actually ends up ruining the drama for me lol. So you sometimes gotta through those critics glasses out the window to enjoy 😂.
But just that, I don't post anything too early. I just watch it, especially the first few episodes are really very early to say anything, unless it's so boring I sleep, then I just leave without saying a single word, maybe the drama wasn't to my taste, but I can't know how it actually is so I just let it go.

If they went a bit too much on that side yeah, but maybe it's connected to what is happening in the present. There should be a connection I suppose because that's what the title says lol

yeah and I believe in those dramas there are also actors/actresses with bigger fanbases, younger fans.

So I guess the wrong audience just came by, they took the wrong turn, it wasn't meant for them but they still watched and rated it low and just left. -_-

I have seen dramas getting over 9 ratings like this.
Maybe some fans I guess.

It's just the beginning, somehow they know the whole show and rate it so low?
I can understand if something is not someone's cup of tea, but doesn't mean it's not high quality for them to give it such a low rating. It's almot like they can't understand it so they think it must be bad. Broooo

While it's usually hard to watch the first episode of any drama for me because it's where you mainly get to know all the character, but man I was hooked from the very start of this one. It's literally a 10 right now.

oh yeah, it's literally the good stuff 🤣 addicting ahem ahem. we'll be wanting more and more and won't get it until after a week. let's hope we survive each interval 😂
