it is unfortunate the news that is spreading around Aaron Yan. Aaron Yan is the reason I got hooked on Taiwanese dramas and music. But here is where I am confused about the whole scandal
1. Why the press conference if Aaron Yan broke the law shouldn't the victim have not gone straight to the police why address the public first Wouldn't this have caused more scrutiny and unwanted attention for the victim was he being threatened somehow? and if he was going to reveal it why do it in such a public way should he not have gotten help first?
2. It is odd Aaron Yan barged into the victim press conference not unheard of but it sends the audience the wrong message almost like he is acting guilty trying to divert the audience's attention from the victim to himself to making this victim's message feel unvalidated and insignificant
3. if the age of consent in Taiwan is 16 and Assuming they had a consensual relationship then what law did he break I don't see this as morally right in my opinion 16 is far too young to be consenting to anything and also from reading the news at the time of their relationship Aaron Yan was 31 and lets be honest he was one an idol, public figure and two he was 15 years !!!!! older than this guy there is a clear power imbalance here but if we are objectively speaking about the law then no. but if he was taping and blackmailing this poor child then yes he should be charged for that.
will this incident make me see Aaron Yan in a new light yes, am I shocked that a celebrity with his fame and status would do such a thing no, will this impact his career yes as it should. will this incident stop others from making bad choices no, this is the world we live in just because you have money, fame, power or good looks does not stop you from making bad and wrong decisions. being human does it stop just because you dance or sing on stage many idols off camera are people it's the pedestal fans place these people on that makes it seem so shocking when they fall from grace. It is unfortunate to everyone involved the fans who can no longer enjoy your content peacefully the victim who was hurt and his family, friends and team who will suffer due to his actions.
I enjoyed the series I particularly like this kinda of genre may not be for everyone but the actors gave their 100 percent and I enjoyed the chemistry. It was very cold similar to The Journey of Flower (2015) in terms of chemistry but we get more from them romance-wise at the end
not have much of a plot but has good actors. the chemistry can be hard to build if the script not give actors enough to express their character's personality or self making scenes and overall production pretty boring so it felt as if the story was just moving along with no actual sense or direction

Depends on what the sponsored product packaging is like not normally but if some sort of product in a drama catches your eye please just do your own research before using it there will be no warning or side effects mentioned since a lot of these shows get there money from these companies
also benefits to the actors not really unless they genuinely used it before and liked it or used it during their time on set most PR packages are empty anyway just there for the show you would have to look it up to see if any benefit can come from them.

I understand where you are coming from Feeling those emotions is fine but it is how to regulate them if you start acting upon too many insecurities you lose in development and growth from both sides.
As time goes by and you get older you realize the things you need to cherish there are more important things to cherish. Every day is another day older and time waits for no one and you can never get back that so, for me.
The fear of failure makes no sense fall and pick yourself up and learn from it to run before anything has happened only leaves people with regrets and what if that's a worse way to live?
Ps I know this is Yumi's relationship, not mine and everyone is different but coming as a viewer who knows people who can relate to this in real life not everyone gonna be as lucky to meet this many admires This is drama land Yumi could end up having 100 male leads and come back full circle but in reality depending on your race, ethnicity, country and starting point in life I.E family, friends, circle, school then work not everyone gets a second chances
some get one chance to find their partner, soulmate, lover or life partner and as we age we start settling because the things that used to matter in our 20s, 30s 40s 50s 60s and beyond change we start to change as individuals and so do our needs and wants and if you have found the right person time will only make your relationship stronger and more interesting as you go through life challenges together. But if you choose to run, hide or always search for greener grass you miss out and realize if you only waited and turned around at there was a beautiful forest starting to grow behind you.

no annoying second lead but male lead does something stupid to almost mess up his relationship and career but that hurdle is passed quite quickly since the female lead takes a no-nonsense approach to everything so it is good
can I just say when it comes to Chinese and Thai drama their product placement skills are getting so creative jokes like I can't handle it anymore they have to make it look more natural LOL
ignore comments and give the drama a chance you might be surprised No Toxic Relationship actually has a great cast, story and acting. Cliche topic but most BLs are repetitive or hyper-sexualized not this drama's healthy main relationship and great plot no awkward holes

the comments kill me whenever Guo Chao is involved kiss scenes are fun to watch but they are not what makes a drama its the acting and script your eyes can do a lot i feel hidden love Chinese drama does that so well and tells a story of first love well.
Spoiler ahead you have been warned While relationships are meant to be worked on jealousy can be a factor that many overlook. it can tame people and destroy relationships, and it's evident babi had some feelings towards the new employee as he did towards Yumi but I think he reminded them of her Your heart can flutter for someone else, but it's how you choose to act that makes a relationship stronger people need to get off their high horses and realize they're not the only person in this world; their partner could have chosen, but because you chose each other is what makes it special.
You can't imagine going through life with anybody else I dropped this drama because I could no longer relate to it. The drama is good but the ups and downs is frustrating for me and because some people will have more luck in the dating pool than others, they don't realize how to cherish those in front of them or why come back full circle to the same people when you could have just worked out your differences and fought for what you wanted from the beginning instead of wasting time
