Totally with you on this . Show is too much - after boring us with all the filler Biz stuff and side characters romances couldn’t they at least reward audience who stayed on till the end with some sweet romance between our main leads.
It’s a crime when a show that starts so well ends on such a lackluster note. They killed off the charming 2nd ML so quickly and replaced it with a huge chunk of boring biz stuff and cringey romance between FanLv and ugly dude. We didn’t even get sweet scenes of LYC and Xiao Xue - last 2 episodes still cannot reward us haiz!

Oh I missed that despite the rewatch. So many clues - he lives near YZ’s house, he happen to be jogging past when QY fainted from the sesame allergy. But I will be disappointed in drama if he is in love with the real QY - he appears too level headed to fall for her elegant and aloof beauty and seems to be charmed by QY’s free spirited personality.

That is what so engaging about this drama. Just when show reveals the truth, it suddenly throws you a curve ball. I am sooo looking forward for this weekend to end and we get to see QY turn the tables on HZ and keep him on his toes.
Anyone else feel that Yu Hang has hidden agenda too ? He was in the Lavender coffeeshop the first time QY went there in (Ep 2?) . His willingness to help QY and determination to uncover her real identity goes miles beyond friendship, especially to someone he just met.
