Question for those who have read the novel: Does it say how Sima Jiao goes to modern world?
I mean, if he even does. In the end he just gives a little smile, that could mean anything. But I hope so because it's sad to think of the real Sima Jiao alone and grieving.
Like, even if that's true, why do they care so much? I think it's kind of ridiculous to become a hater of a drama and spend all your time checking this kind of thing to validate the hate. If it's really not popular, no matter how much they're faking it, people will notice. I haven't seen it, by the way. Maybe people don't dislike the drama but rather the protagonists or something. It's still kind of ridiculous.
So is it just a fictional story in a fictional world??? Thats very disappointing then!! Can someone spoil it if…
Older comments mentioned that the modern-day scene was just a way to avoid censorship (apparently the government banned things like "rebirth" stuff in dramas). You can ignore it
It was so funny when the drama kind of took a turn at the end and almost became a BL lmao Although it got kind of boring because there were only men on screen the whole time for a few episodes, I think Devil Star should have been a woman because basically the only woman in the celestial and demon realms (in the past) was Xuanji, but anyway... I understand the choice and I don't regret watching it, it's very good drama.
The first time I heard about this drama, I watched the first episode and kind of gave up because I found FL's voice unbearable. Then I saw another work by the actress and kind of got used to it, and in the end I fell in love with the character, she's so cute. I just finished the drama, actually, and I loved it despite the mixed feelings in some parts, and the ending which I found very rushed. I'll miss it anyway.
Can someone tell me if his ban is permanent or just for a few years? I loved him so much in Ashes of Love, I'd love to see him in other projects again ππ
I read in a comment on Viki that Leo Luo and Bai Lu have been dating since 2024, is that true???? I hope it is ππ» (I was watching the show when I saw it)

And, at least four of his works feature Leo Luo in them, I wonder if they're friends or something
