I think this is correct either. I haven’t even watched the episode yet because it doesn’t air for another 28 minutes. Although I’ve heard from the novel he does create an antidote for her, which causes him a lot of pain, but it doesn’t seem to put him on his deathbed. I think that when destiny brings the demon a couple has one of the healthiest relationships out of almost every Xinaxia I’ve seen that’s even including the legend of Shen Li.
