At first I didn't understand why yuri gave her blood to jane at the end....after searching in google for a while.....I got to know that...yuri became immortal after drinking nanno's blood(actually after watching Yuri's episode, I was confused how she is still alive just as nanno).I guess that's why at the end yuri gave her blood to jane to make her immortal.
