There was a comment at the beginning that the subtitles were still in the works. Because I was also fixing a lot of pronouns in my head as I went along.

Might come back and watch it again on like 1.5x speed to get a better sense of the story.

But I'll slow down to normal speed for Wayu/Wayha scenes. <3

Came to this show after watching Michael break my heart in Call It What You Want and needing more and was a bit disappointed.... that there wasn't more Michael, lol. He still was outstanding. He needs more opportunities.

Outside of my bias, l really liked the story.

The social commentary about the Thai government was interesting as an inter fan. Gave some background/context and was an appreciated touch of worldbuilding.

The acting was amazing overall. I really felt for all of the characters. Mam is one of the best supporting characters I've seen in a minute. Pong took Mam and gave her the depth she needed. The writing definitely helped, but Pong took it and made it her own. The antagonists were a bit 2-dimensional/comical (unintentionally), but even then at the end I was crying for them a bit.

I've seen some chatter about an open ending, but the version I watched on YT that had (Honest's Version) in the title didn't leave much to doubt.

So as I was watching it recently on YT there were some episodes that repeated themselves when I hit the "Next" arrow- same thumbnail, title, and the rest.

After your comment I went back and checked and the Director's Cut versions Ep. 3, 8, and 9 are still available without a sub/paying. Same YT channel, too, (Director's Cut) in the title/name was the only difference.

And now I'm gonna go check out what I missed in those episodes in being cut, tho I'm pretty sure I know what it is.... lol

When the English subs are so bad/nonexistent, I have to switch to Spanish subs.... you know it's not a popular series. (I can just get by with Spanish, but at least the subs are there.)

Same, but I was also hoping for a show about how their friends found out about them and made them come clean, lol.

Had to go back and double check how long the time skip was in BB and it's 4 years, so this is probably happening a year before the final BB episode?
