The drama was great. It's an easy watch. Each case was nicely solved and the friendship is also something that is expected among men in their 40s. What I didn't really appreciate is the revenge /justice part.. It wasn't satisfying enough. The ending was great no doubt. But korean dramas have horribly lukewarm revenge plots. The best that I have seen would be Vincenzo and to some extent The Glory.
I am watching this drama for maybe the 4th time now and I can't believe how much the rating has gone down. My personality is just like the FL, awkward and not very expressive. Not every girl needs to be peppy or loud to be a FL. I found the main leads just fine... Its sad to see such a nice drama get lower ratings.
Does this mean Yeon Jun never loved FL ? and it has always been Si Heon who was her partner and first love etc... Yeon Jun has only been a gay man in love with Rowoon? Also where does Yeon Jun's soul go when he dies in the car crash??? why doesnt he enter the loop???
It was weird. Visually very captivating though. Was there any underlying meaning or metaphor ? We will never know. Maybe i didnt get it. It feels incomplete without a big finish. I doubt there will be a season 2
I liked the second leads story much better than the main leads. The FLs scenes feel like a audition tape. they make her do literally everything while the ML is... just a choebol.
