lol the guy he "saw" at the end of ep 16, i literally cannot remember who sung soo ho is or what he did, can someone…

i think he is one of the victims (the one that was burned in the boxing arena) and the son of the lady who agreed to the interview. Also, i'm not sure, but in the earlier eps, i think he encountered sung yo hans mum when she was pregnant.
please correct me if i am wrong!!
