I watched this some years ago and imo, the chemistry is great, I love how Leo Wu and Jelly Lin played their roles. I watched it first before I saw the original donghua. They didn't have to have lip to lip kiss scenes but their chemistry with their exchange of glances, hugs and interactions are amazing imo. They are two of my most loved cps in a drama.

I'm suddenly thinking of continuing to watch it or hold it at least until I see season 2; however, if it's a huge cliffhanger ending again, I'd perhaps go for the novel part. Reading comments here hypes me but also worries me of wanting to see the last part very soon. 😂
