it's actually really good, there's negativity for every single drama on here unfortunately. Give the first 2 eps a shot you may like it.

what the f*ck was that scene where there were like 6 men and 1 woman and he just forced booze down her throat and pushed her. I mean I'm not judging her one bit but there were literally people outside and like 6 guys in that room. It looks like SA and pure mess

That's true but I didn't realise he'd go that far, honestly I feel like the 2ML could have changed...but the damage he did to the innocent families is most likely a "damage is already done" type thing. I imagine from a young age it was the family business type thing because who just gets into something like that without someone pulling the strings prior. I feel like I'm perhaps judging the ML too harshly but I don't know he seems like the promotion meant more than his loved ones which i hear he lost.

That's a good point, sometimes I forget every country / culture is different. I think if it showed you how it impacted the lives of the innocent families I wouldn't feel as much for his character. Definitely no heroes in this series if you really think about it. I mean if the families didn't get justice then it would he a real sad ending.

To go to prison not to die

That's true and I assume the police force will cover up any of his wrong doings anyway. I've seen many shows with corrupt police officers in K Dramas.

killed you say? that changes things. I think if he wanted to change he should definitely have done the time (prison time) drugs is one thing but murder is plain evil.

I believe the ML and FL lead get a divorce or at least its hinted at which is a relief. Apparently their marriage was already on the rocks. This is for sure a series where there really isn't any heroes, since even the said heroes are not all that clean cut.

I must ask one thing though does the ML get promoted at the end ? it seems like when he was undercover he also killed people and did equally as bad things at the 2ML. I don't think he should have gotten off lightly considering he crossed many lines, shouldn't he be in prison for the things he did ?

I mean he was betrayed by his first love and the man that he most likely saw as a brother. I'm not sure of how bad of a guy he was but I saw one clip and he genuinely seemed like he wanted to change. I assume his main crime is drugs ?

Just skipped through the last ep and yep I definitely hate the ML, despite everything the 2ML did not deserve the die. I will watch it scene for scene and word for word but I'm siding with 2ML throughout. incredible acting to everyone.

Ji Chang Wook is one of my favourites but does anybody else find his character in this extremely unlikeable? definitely the most unlikeable ML and FL this year. I like the 2ML. Did the 2ML live at all? I've seen many spoilers and clips and the betrayal was kind of sad not gonna lie. How he remained a cop (I think) is weird to say the least.

hmm I see, honestly it's odd to me that she would even think about killing her first love. I mean that's someone she loved in the past. Of course I haven't watched it yet so I'm seeing all spoilers first.

that makes sense, what about her ex love? what's the point breaking his heart by telling him she loved him ? regardless if he's the bad guy it's still cruel

considering they both cheated on each other (in my eyes they did). Which makes me wonder if she went back to her first love.

This series will always remain special to me, it really is one of the most beautiful and yet devastating series I've ever had the pleasure of watching.
