It would be laughable if it was just fiction and not fact. Sadly, there are still countries where the fatherโs…
understandly so and when I say laughable I mean in a "this bitch can't be serious " type of way, not in a I'm laughing type of way. I've noticed it's mainly the fathers that are the most homophobic, whether it's religious beliefs, culture etc... it's still messed up. Unfortunately times haven't changed and homophobia is still as problematic at ever.
i don't how to explain it but I am so ready for them both to communicate and fall hard for each other, you know after all the probable misunderstandings and angst
Seriously who the actual fuck does Qi Lu's dad think he is ? what an absolute monster.
it's actually laughable and embarrassing the way parents go off when they find out their son or daughter is gay/ lesbian...seriously its not that deep and it's not harmful
At least he kind of got the death he wanted, sith her by his side but from her POV it's a nightmare, a painful one. Death is such a weirdly beautiful but devastating thing. Depending on who you are, if you are the one dying or if you are the one by their side etc... so are scared of death, some are at peace and welcome it. Really depends. I also feel sorry for the woman who raised him and his friend, I remember the mother figure saying she won't let him being alone when he dies, it's a real shame she wasn't there with him.
