i didnt realise near and jeno are different people till the end of the 1st episode 😠they're older/younger…
no because the bullies were talking about how jeno probably didnt rat them out and then jeno-not-jeno-actually-near comes in and they all acted as though they hadn't been talking about him just a few secs ago. i was like?????? tf is this bad scriptwriting but no turns out im just slow 😠it was near, not jeno
only bumped this up from 6.5 to 7 at the last minute of the episode because ryu got to live them at least... i rooted for match and mix since the beginning but i feel so bad for ryu lol

self note for myself, just in case i get confused again:
near gets bullied in general by everyone because he's smart. jeno is getting bullied by arthur and they seem to have dated in the past from what i gather until now.
near is the one who works at the board game café. jeno is the one who want to learn mauy thai.
i rooted for match and mix since the beginning but i feel so bad for ryu lol
