I think we are used to plots where people get saved which is why it's hard to understand ppl facing their fate…
That's not my take at all. I was even hoping the asteroid hit the earth so that everything was worthwhile but if they didn't show a ship was also an option of escape towards the end which is the main theme of the show (escaping) then it would have been fine because they could have explored that (whether they make it or not). A lot of things were either rushed or not really in place making it hard to understand which is why I wonder how the original edit was.
I also couldn't wrap my head around the parents allowing the kids to wander about knowing the dangerous situation of killers everywhere. They lost me there.
so much potential lost. I can't even say it's because the director had to reedit because Yoo Ah In still had enough screentime so what exactly was the issue or what was the original plot since he said he changed the focus to FL protecting the kids. I looked forward to this so much but the whole thing was like so many people wrote the script at once.
The acting was splendid especially between ML and FL, kids were wonderful but the plot was in the wrong place. Is flying the only way out? When I realised they could easily get on a ship, I was just lost.
Anyway, I don't know how I feel after this show- it's like still feeling thirsty after drinking a whole gallon of water.
I think her sister is the person Suho had an affair with. The other lady probably caught them (I don’t know if she’s the blackmailer, i.e., sending the other guy to do stuff) but there’s something fishy going on.

and what's up with contaminating the crime scene? she, of all people should know that. I was hoping she would get arrested. Teach her a thing or two.
Good show nonetheless- everyone is so smart, even learnt new tricks myself.
