lol.....for some reason i find your question about her succeeding to kill herself really funny!....just noticed while scrolling and had the outburst!!.....btw i think you can check the prequel now since you already know that they are reincarnated....i heard they had great chemistry .
for the first few episodes the story had lots of break in its flow.....it felt like i was watching the recap of a drama...... then though the story didnt get much better but i started to like the female lead because she REALLY got one hell of a personality!......but that was it.!....all the side characters(acting+script) and everything else was too much amateurish....there was no development at all...but it started to get better after ep8...and through out the whole drama the only thing that remained untouchable was the acting of the main leads(jiang diang,cheng feng)....... ......................btw i didnt give you any spoiler because i think you will not be disappointed if you just skip forward some annoying characters(its quite lighthearted and fluffy if you just FF the portion you dont like).
