Hope someone can shed light for us 🤔 however, emperor does not want the ministers/court to have an impression that he is taking LBY capital punishment lightly and plus LBY still have pending court judgment to resolve upon his return. Btw emperor is not aware that LBY will not marry anyone else but SS.
