Damn, Episode 18 was full of lore. Many questions have cleared up now. The oracle stone never lies, but Jiu Ying has 2 spirit fragments inside the stone. So it can't trusted. The current Dragon Deity has become obsessive of his power was a statement from the stone itself. Who knows if Ji Ling is bluffing or really double crossing the Dragon Clan at this point 🤯
