They could have thought another way to avoid all this bloodshed, with a direct confrontation against that Beijian Tribe. Plan C could have been explained clearly, guess wanting the audience to understand it didn't fare well among everyone. The drama stood good to its name, "The Scholar and Emperor" because it begins there and ends there

I'm thinking was this war really necessary ? Couldn't she have thought out the policies to save the Zhongwan people from Daning itself. Yes, Ying Gua made his choice to totally uproot the nearby problematic tribe as well show Zhongwan's people his benevolence. It should have ended at episode 30 itself

They killed A Nian in the most dumb way. I understand that senses might be out of control during a battle. But did he have to reminisce and catch that peach wood in a midst of life or death situation. You could have used a situation where was really outnumbered atleast. The current one is pure disrespect. Zoning out giving the enemy to strike you to death, it's madness

Who the hell wrote episode 30, you conspire with the emperor to eradicate blood moon society, carve out your family legacy and want Yin Qing spared at the end of all that chaos. I know she might have made this choice because they will never accept the princess of zhongwan as their empress. Or simply because you don't want your friend to die, but you made this ambush to trap him. But all of these failed chaos leads to plan C. What kind of contradictory mess is...😭
