You haven’t seen enough. I can name a few that are a little worse than this one. Though this one is pretty bad.

After seeing your comment, I did some research & found out it released in Netflix 1 week ago & there's only one sub available in Netflix that is Korean.
But not to worry, OnDemandKorea has English Retail subs, also most probabaly SEEZN also has English Retail subs.
Cause Paramount+ is now working with CJ ENM's TVing to launce their first ever service to Asian countries starting…
"Paramount+ has commissioned three new South Korean original series, completing the seven-title commitment struck with CJ ENM and its streaming platform TVING in 2021.
The new shows, Dongjae, The Good Or The Bastard, Dreaming Of Cinde Fxxxing Rella and Pyramid Game, will launch exclusively on the service in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Latin America, Brazil, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. This latest batch of Korean titles follows the Paramount+ and TVING orders for Yonder, Bargain, A Bloody Lucky Day and Queen Woo."
