yeah could be, they might happen to born with these powers but as we saw powers can go to childrens from their parents, it might be possible there ancestors were the main holders of these powers.
Maybe due to genetic mutation,some ppl born with powers & Later pass it through generations
as if, your theory is ridiculous. If genetic mutation were to happen not only some people would have got those powers also genetic mutation ain't that easy bruh. passing through generations makes sense.

I hope everything becomes clear in the upcoming season. Also as NK & SK; both countries have this kind of people, I think there are more people with similar abilities scattered throughout Korea & US too.
Everything about this drama was perfect. The only thing that disappoints me is that, they never showed how the parents & those people got these supernatural abilities. Were they acquired from Birth or was acquired by Human experiment? These things I was way too curious about.
