I was able to watch the entire Episode 1 in youtube. Acting is superb and story line relevant. I hope it will be shown by Netflix globally. It is now top 3 in Netflix Korea. Patiently and excitedly waiting.
The ending is not as bad as I thought. After 4 years they meet again and can definitely start on a clean slate.…
She is now the banks client while he is her bank account officer which makes it very convenient for them to rekindle their relationship. 2FL is soon to get married while the 2ML has happily moved on and now a police so the coast is clear for both ML and FL to find their happiness..... with each other ❤️
The ending is not as bad as I thought. After 4 years they meet again and can definitely start on a clean slate. Clearly there is still love and affection between them which they can nourish. Both of them have learned from their past mistakes and in fact can talk and laugh about it (what if's). She has gone through the process of healing her relationship with her parents and spending ""me time"" dealing with her demons over 4 years. She is confident now as she has returned to Seoul and is a proprietor of a painting Cafe. Her choice of ""Future Happiness" as her cafe's name is not only a reminder of ML but that she is working on her happiness. ML too has matured emotionally by knowing when to stop in pursuing her after realizing she doesnt want to be found as she still has to process her feelings.
Inkyung is fucking insufferable (and she needs a good punch in the face). I don't get what people see in her and…
Inkyung saved the day for them in Ep 4. She humbled herself by bringing in the grand aunt to settle the medical bill. She chose, and rightly so, to bring in a family member rather than someone with a very suspicious background to rescue them with strings attached as the eldest sister was prepared to do.
She's my fav of the sisters, yes she's a drunk mess but I find the way she's consistent with her principles admirable.
Likewise. By the mere fact she cannot recall the death of a sibling and being an alcoholic could mean a suppressed trauma while young. Yet, she remains principled.
Extraordinary cinematography and excellent acting of the cast esp Kim Go Eun and Nam Ji Hyun. I finished the 2 episodes with a smile on my face and look forward to episode 3. Will not lose sleep over MDLs rating. 10,597 of us subscribers are currently watching and the score of 8.5% was made by only 649 users. What matters is the AGB Nielsen rating covering Korea and currently LW is now 2nd after Big Mouth.

Just read that Sogang University's affiliated Jesuit schools are Sophia University in Japan, Georgetown University and Fordham University in the US. Impressive schools that require you to have high marks as pre requisite for acceptance.
hiiiii fyi Korean people count their age two years up, so it's like he is really only 18 years old, that's why…
Tks for clarification. I have a lot to learn re Korean culture. As he was offered an alcoholic drink at 18 he is then no longer a minor albeit still in high school.
It has kept my interest and anticipating the next episode wanting to know more. This drama I try not to overthink but allow it to flow naturally. Many initial questions were in fact answered such as Ceo Ohs revelation that Gil Yong is 20 yrs old, not a minor. EP 5 will reveal more of him.

I can’t believe she studied psychology for 6 years and graduated with her degree despite being the lead of so…
I read that her Mom divulged that she graduated in Sogang University Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology albeit she is very quiet about it. She had always been in the top of her class during her earlier education. Indeed a very intelligent and persevering actress.
This drama was on my watchlist since i read it is an adaptation of a novel published in 2016 that won the Grand Prize Winner of the 3rd Kyobo Book Center Story. Based on interviews Heera and Gil Yongs characters will remain more or less constant from the onset. It is however Jung Jin who will have the widest change/growth within the 8 episodes reason multiple awardee Nam Ji Hyun was specially selected and recommended for the role. The 2016 book was written way before Hotel de Luna (2020) and Mystic Pop Up (2019) both i have not watch to date. First 3 episodes i find interesting, and in fact Im very curious to know what made Heera a wictch plus i highly suspect Jung Jin and Gil Yong are interconnected in the past. Yup, not dropping this for sure as I appreciate each episode as it progresses in story line and character growth.
I enjoyed SP immensely as all the actors were very natural in their actiing and you can feel the camarederie of the cast. There is a natural chemistry between the leads. The script is light and entertaining and something I will rewatch during a bad day. Its now one of my top favs together with Mr Sunshine, POE, Itaewon Class, Cloy, Vincenzo etc. Yesterday I discovered that SP is currently trending in VIU. What a record after 4 years.
