Hahaha I'm shocked to see such a low rating for this drama, it was super fun to watch while it was airing and I especially loved the FL. Wonder what triggered such a low rating. Sure it went downhill a bit later but this drama deserves a higher rating. I can usually trust MDL with a rating but XD wonder what happened here.
Not your average kdrama which shows the world through rose colored lenses... I remember being shocked the first time I watched it because it showed so many young people smoking. this is a gritty drama which portrays a hyperrealistic toxic relationship which is everything we are wired to run away from... the hate is expected but this is a great drama which portrays very real things. Perhaps more mature audiences will understand. Beautifully shot and has an outstanding soundtrack. If you hate ML that means he did a very good job hahaha... I totally get Nabi, he's too hot to resist.
Just finished rewatching this, I did the detour of avoiding the sad bits from episodes 17 onwards till the last 4 eps hahaha. As usual, Namgoong Min is the best thing in the drama and his smile is >>>>
This is a real romcom... watch it when you wanna laugh! I thank NGM for making this drama... his face is unreal. Loved it!!Despite everything, I hope he makes more romcoms where he gets happy endings!!
This was a blast to watch lmaoo the best part was the bickering between IU and PSJ obviously. It was also fun recognizing the big actors, I feel like they all came together just for the fun of it. And it worked! A fun, feel good movie. (Now I need more of IU and Park Seo Joon, they are hilarious!! But this time as enemies to lovers or something.) who’s the director?? Lmaoo. Their lines were perfect.
Still the most memorable scene was in the hospital, when Woojoo was hurt. His reaction and what led afterwards. Also if “hand holding” isn’t a tag it needs to be invented for this drama. I miss the times I spent watching the show. Good stuff. I hope for more good camera work like this drama. Also the leads to be in a romcom hahaha.
This drama is surely not for everyone, it’s just sad they’ll bring the general rating down… it deserves a least a 9/10 on an MDL scale.
You guys are really scaring me. Honestly 2521 ending was so unexpected to me. I accepted it eventually, but I cried a lot. I realized I’m not expecting a sad ending for this drama… maybe I should start preparing myself. It would not be unrealistic. :C

Ah, I understand what you mean, but I have to disagree. I watched 2521 when it was airing, and it was such a delightful drama. Even though the ending was traumatic, I would still recommend it. As I would this drama- this is too good to miss for anyone who enjoys kdrama. But I still get you. Choose your battles! :) good for you.
I appreciate this drama a lot, for it’s concise length, and final episode which was so fitting to a slice of life drama. It really gave us a bit of how life was like afterwards. It’s so rare in dramas, even slice of life ones. Also regarding the romance, it was also realistic because both of them are very shy and sort of introverted, so it makes so much sense that they showed us this far. I loved the choices this drama made. Kudos to the writer and director!!
Drama was very good. As FL said, it’s enough. Watched it weekly as it aired and every episode was satisfying. Murder subplot was resolved well. Couple were super adorable and they displayed affection in their own characteristic ways. Very satisfied. Will miss seeing Im Siwan. FL actress was surprisingly sweet. Will look forward to more of their work!
