I liked all characters but Lee Jae Man fighting for his son was sublime. This guy is strong!!
And the son, Kang Hoon, saying that he would never leave him. Seeing how he struggled relating to his dad and seeing his dad fighting for him... gosh that character progression is amazing!

But as a whole excellent cast, jsut sublime.

I have no idea what a sequel would be like. But the writers have the gift of humanising the gifted.
First season started very strong.

The only ones who dont seem to hold the concept of family in the drama are the gifted from usa. So they would always be the antagonist somehow.

I am not fan of too much violence but somehow sat through this one.
I think I like the ideas of protecting family and kids.

I thought it would be north vs south. But I ended up wanting everyone to be happy and be with their family.

Oh wow will start this one. I was unsure that it would grab my attention but reviews looks good so far!

I really enjoy Rowoon's acting. He has a some good humour in his acting. I may dare to say he is holding this drama.

I remember i did enjoy his acting in Tomorrmow also.

I am wondering why TK and YD did not have much chemistry...
Was it their acting? Or
Was it the script?
Or other reasons we do not know.

It felt like they were uncomfortable with one another as a whole.

I get a drama probably had to be some sort of PG-8 but no need to be so awkward lol

I have a feeling that the killer could be the assemnblyman's secretary.

First time i see a sleeveless wedding dress in any kdrama. Not sure if YD felt comfortable in it, but her vibe was being uncomfortable in most cases so not sure.

Beside that, dont think I will do another 50 episode anytime soon again.

Really enjoyed this drama. Especially that I just gave up 12 hours of my time psread over 2 days to watch it.
Well i must say... the cast made me do it 😅

Apart from that I enjoyed the story line, some aspect i really did not predict either.

Just caught up with the rest of the story. Still unexpected as I had no background knowledge.

Episode 8 Ahn Hyo Seop and Rowoon on the same screen. That was so unexpected. My brain melted...

In episode 3. Oh the twist. Never seen the orginal version. But really looking foward to the story.

I also find Yeo Been so pretty and a really good actress.

The best actor award goes to baby Haneul.
That baby staying calm in the arms of so many people is mad. And for like so many episodes too. 😅

Oh this drama is started to pick up (in my opinion) since episode 6. Found myself more attentive to what is happening 😅

I 100% agree with you. The rating for this drama is messed up.
And I have been on MDL long enough for couple of years to realize something is off.

And I am tired of it trending every week on the main page.

People from the history of world know how to rate movies. Whether IMDB or rotten tomatoes. General consensus usually makes sense. That is why I am like this drama rating is messed up.

I get some do that. But having like 20 profiles all similar patterns. I have checked the ones who have lower score for this drama surprisingly they have more details. You can see the shows they watched over the years for some. Profiles with no history, nah not buying it….

The weird things is that we the viewers ain’t stupid we can smell something odd miles away.

The reviews for this show on this page are potentially bots.

Dig into their profiles and you will see that many of the profile that rated the show 10/10, somehow completed a bunch of dramas in one day.
And look into their stats or year tab you will see nothing no data for a lot of them. Like how ere they able to complete a month, a years worth of drama in one day like how and no stats on them.

I usually agree with overall conscensus of rating for a drama but this one just feels way out. And how it keeps on trending on a weekly basis, the only thing to explain is that there are bots on this page.

Or real people messing up ratings and that messes up people who are truly interested to share and find good dramas.

I looked at the profile of the reviewers a lot of them completed the a bunch of shows on the same day. And when you look into their stats per years for a lot of them there is not daya or you get an error.

The reviews are bots guys. It feels really odd.
