I really like this drama, but the fact that every single character has a full-on tragic story is a bit too much. Like we have 3 dead siblings (including 2 twins), a whole lot of dead parents, bullying, teenage pregnancy, … and new things keep happening or getting discovered ^^

I absolutely love that Xiu Zhu is the one to encourage her to follow her heart, this is such a precious friendship

a little bit of sinkship / kisses / affection, quite a lot of cruel (not necessarily misunderstandings).

Yeah I feel like Wonseok defended Sejin because he might have been in a relationship with Jaebeom and so he didn’t want Sejin to be bullied for having two dads.
And maybe Osung was jealous or just homophobic and used the fact that he knew that Wonseok and Jaebeom were together to manipulate Wonseok.
Maybe Jaebeom tried to kill himself after learning about the death of Wonseok because he was so sad?
And I feel like Sejin had feelings for Wonseok as well. Maybe he fell in love with him because he was protecting him and all. And I seriously think that he recorded him because he was like, oh he looks so good over there, oh I love him but I can’t tell him, etc.
Plus at the very beginning of the drama, Wonseok wanted to tell his sister sth that seemed very important, maybe he wanted to come out to her and tell her he didn’t have a girlfriend but a boyfriend.

Should be released next week, and from what I’ve seen we will only get one episode

I still really hate that the SML kissed the FL while she was full on drunk and he was sober enough to realise that she wasn't. Like he was surprised she remembered (afterwards when she avoided him), that tells us enough.
Up until the scene of the kiss between the SML and FL I was hoping she remembered it wrong and that she had in fact kissed an algae. And I'm not even rooting for the SML. I'm team ML but I really don't like these forced kisses and no one is held accountable for them.
One thing I appreciate though with this drama is the fact that it's a bit more modern. It's not because she kissed the SML that she cannot kiss another man and end up with the ML.

Yep but at the same time I felt like Li Xun really had planned everything and wanted to meet her parents just to offer a “partnership” and to get her father’s connections. It didn’t feel very genuine. Maybe it’s due to the writers making it seem that way…?

Although I can really feel after watching the preview for next episode’s that he will pretend not to love her anymore for her to move on and study abroad etc.

I guess they prefer that, it would feel like playing their own lives and showing their own intimate moments…

This drama was terrible, I gave it a 4/10.
The acting was poor, the story sh*t, the chemistry non-existent, the french terrible, the main character horrible
I do feel like I wasted my time (that’s on me, I could have stopped earlier), but yeah I am disappointed

Honestly the guys “following their heart” are just BIG red flags to me.

I feel like the Produce 101 Japan serie is so much more healthy and better!
Like for real, you go to Produce 101 Japan, you learn to open up, you break out of your shell, you deal with previous trauma or bad experiences, it seems like you go to therapy.
You go to Produce 101 (or Produce X or GP-999 or whatever), when you go out you need to go to therapy...
Such different mindsets and approaches from the contestants, the teachers and the production.
