OMG finally finished it! This has to be one of the best dramas this year. The whole thing was so well-written and I'd say the plot was solid up until ep 18.
I did think ep 19 and 20 could have been a bit better though. I didn't like how much power they gave to that bell. I thought that since its Bu-Yeons body she would come to her senses when she was with her father. Or when she was with Jang-Uk i though she would realise but ... I guess not! The power of the bell lol even the divine priestess couldn't control it.Also, I was waiting for Bu-Yeons story to unfold at this end of this season bur unfortunately that didn't happen either.
Lots of unanswered questions so CANT WAIT FOR DECEMBER!! I know a lot of people aren't happy about GYJ being the main lead and I agree at first I wasn't either. But now, I'm curious to see how she carries out her role and her feelings for Jang-Uk but in her own body? It will defo be confusing for Jang-Uk though because even though her liked her personality he was used to Mu-deok/Bu Yeons body.
Can't believe we only have 2 eps left. Alchemists, I trust your taste in dramas pls give me some good kdrama recommendations :) P.s. I just finished my exams!!!
Someone on MDL posted a video of Jang uk unsheathing his sword for the first time before CGI was added. The one where he’s unable to control the sword. Does anyone have the link to that?
I tried watching another show yesterday to fill in the void but omg I just can't. I think I'm going to start re-watching AoS from the beginning tonight. I don't usually like re-watching because it just stalls the healing process but it can't be helped this time! Also, can we talk about the osts? Car the Garden -Scars leave a beautiful trace is such a magical ost I've been listening to it on repeat for the past few days. <3
