After reading all the comments you've made about this, I see that you are asking for reasons some of us take KSR's side. Well I can't speak for the majority, but I'll try to be clear. But keep in mind that this comment is not a hate comment towards you. Also I am not a fan of both KSR and KSH so I don't have a bias.

1. KSH has a few weird interactions with child actresses. Namely Park Eun Bin, Kim Yoo Jung and Nam Ji Hyun

2. The main issue was him dating a minor.

3. He also made a comment about how he'd date a 21 yr old when he's 41 and when the reporter said that kindergarteners at that time can be his future wife, he enthusiastically said yes.

4. He's always denied every evidence GS released first, and then said they are true.

5. Korea has always been a corrupt misogynistic country.

6. And no celebrity in this world would admit they're a pedo or even a groomer.

I'd rather be supportive towards a dead person who was possibly groomed by a powerful person, and somehow (if KSH and GM probably can) be proven wrong, than to support Korea's biggest star with a controversial past with all the money to control the narrative. The numerous sex scandals in Korea have always been swept under the rug. So take these "official statements" with a grain of salt because they've been so inconsistent. But I do not wish him death.

I feel like they have taken precautious steps to not let that happen tbh. There have been cases of stolen and tampered evidence in the past in the world, so you'd expect they'd have learnt a thing or two. And given that KSH and GM have first denied, cried "AI" and finally accepted each evidence GS released with a dash of lies scattered around, I feel like the new evidence will do a great harm if it's as scathing as they claim. But it does make sense to release the evidence quietly. But given the attention span of the general public, releasing evidence according to a certain order is kind of a brainy move, but personally I feel like they should've been quicker, because who knows what GM has up their sleeves.

One thing I learnt from this incident is that if you have a pretty face, most people would even drink your piss. I'm tired of seeing people (tbh his female fanbase) support him. Even in my country girls my age would defend this guy like he's their father. One even shared Jin Ho's videos, shaming KSR. One said he's not a pedo because he may have not had sex with Sae Ron. People even take JinHo's stuff as official news now. I feel like the majority still supports KSH. It's only on here I see people with eyes. Utterly disgusted by these sorta people. The one thing we know from Kendrick vs Drake beef is that Kendrick had five more tracks that were never released because Drake took the L. People close to Kendrick said that those 5 tracks were more lethal than his released disses because their content were scarier than Meet the Grahams'. It's time for this to stop. So I hope what GaroSero has on him is like that. This bullshitty celebrity worshipping has to stop.

I guess it's because almost none of us, including you, in this comment section have been 'dedicated fans' of him. And we also have common sense. Even without KSR's incident he's been a weirdo multiple times, but most of us didn't know because to us he was just another Korean actor. But it was his ex fans who remembered those odd stuff that brought those red flags into spotlight. Because they used to like him but now sees the oddities more clearly, unbiased.

You're right, but Weightlifting Fairy is the only exception tbh. And as the actress and he were dating I assume the chemistry was real. But all of his other performances before 2019 except WLFKBJ were either weak or mid. But I still think TLIYE is a good performance, but it's a bit divisive so I understand why you may not like it.

He's also good in The Light in Your Eyes. What I hated of NJH is Bride of Habaek. There's a pre-2019 and 2019/post-2019 NJH. Even though his character in Start Up can be classified as pathetic and polarizing, his performance was still better than his pre-2019 performances.

A year has passed since I first watched this show and it's still amazing. Admittedly, they could have handled the last episode better (I'm not talking about the result of the couple - I liked the way it was handled) because it felt kind of muddy. And if you are debating whether to watch: the show is great. The cast deliver stellar performances, NJH's performance surpasses his pre-2019 weak performances and we can see his growth as an actor. The rest of the cast is also amazing. Especially Tae Ri. Overall this is a fantastic show with a great plot, great cast, great performances and great OSTs.

I feel like that as well. I am in my early 20s and I loved the drama. And they tell you in the first three episodes both directly and indirectly that they won't end up together. But I agree, they could have handled the ending better. The last episode was muddy and weak when compared to the rest. Also this drama made me like Nam Joo Hyuk. Because I remember watching him in Bride of Habaek and being disappointed. But he has improved greatly and he was a contributing factor to what made this show great. If he couldn't keep up with Taeri and the rest, the show would have failed.

Yeah exactly! I think Nam Joo Hyuk was included in that list for a bullying scandal. But most people called it baseless and his career seems to do well, given that most people with bullying scandals f'd up so bad. But I don't trust any celebrity. Personally Joo Hyuk and Park Bo Young are my favourite K actors as I like their acting personally, and they'll continue to be my favs, until they do something evil, that would make it hard for me to separate art from the artist. Not sure why Park Hyung Sik ended up there though. Many people seem to find him okay; (Not that this is an indicator of him being good, but I haven't seen anyone dig dirt on him) and apparently people criticized him for refusing to do a heart sign once lol.

Yeah. Even in that comment section some people are like: "Wow this actress/actor is nice!" And I'm like, how do you know? Just because a random list told you they are nice? Like, I'm sure there are some nice celebrities in this world and the Korean entertainment, but I'm damn sure it's not the majority. And who knows, maybe some of these "rude" celebrities are just people who respect boundaries and don't like weird fantasies of their fans. Or they simply got annoyed once because of one thing and now are painted as villains. But with the way it's going, even if my favourite actor and actress get exposed as big a--holes I wouldn't be surprised. But I sure hope it isn't for something inhumane like KSH here. Otherwise I won't be able to watch SWDBS and WLFKBJ and 2521 again.
