I'm sorry to put this but just my personal opinion. Finished it! From episode 1 to mid 6, I've watched it at normal speed but mid 6 to 10 is at 1.5 speed I got bored. I'll leave the comparison part since it won't do good, anyway it was an okay adaptation, the story is okay but somehow something was amiss (usually some part), I felt off about the chemistry between the leads (sorry for others who felt the chemistry is chemistrying). The acting was okay for me, they still did their best to portray their character. And I like the end part, they made it happy.
What is your most favorite scene from MDZS novel ?Mine - When LWJ caught the falling WWX from the tree . I mean…
mine is at Mt. Dafan when WWX said that his type is like Lan Wangji and the latter said mark your words . And the guanyin temple love confession of course. ☺️
Finished it! I felt nostalgic all throughout the drama. As someone who grew up in the mountain/hill, 100% relatable to the life of Pha Pun Dao Villagers. This story has shown the reality of life as a mountaineer or farmers, where there's no electricity, rain is the main source of water, and phone is not a priority or known, being said with only those old games (kites, and others) is already enough for the children. May life is hard but the simplicity is lovable and happiness is pure and genuine. I just love the drama, it showed so many realistic things: realistic rural life, character development, genuine love, true friendship, reciprocity of debt of gratitude, and etc. It has left deep meaning for me, especially the villagers. The flow of the drama is consistent, no unnecessary scenes involved. And of course the chemistry between leads is all I can say is "wow", I can't stop myself from giggling and smiling every time. Love the ending!!🫶 I think this will be my favourite drama and healing drama every time I miss my mountain life. 🫶
