Just finished. It was indeed another masterpiece!👏 Li Xiangyi being the rank 1in martial world live up to his martial art capability absolutely, his rather the fighting scenes here were incredibly excellent. Before, I've complained about FDB character in the early episodes, but as the episode goes on he reversed my opinion about him. As for Director Di, he was a good nature character, he's bad but not evil, I like his character too. Their interactions (three) love it always, they're like carefree wanderers when they are together.
In general, I've enjoyed the show so much, different emotions was out during the journey. The investigations scenes, I truly love it everytime. Gonna miss them, especially Xiangyi/Lianhua.
I do not regret subscribing to IQiyi, my first time ever subscription in IQiyi, to watch this.
The emperor, commander and the occult pagoda feels nostalgic as they were Sikong Changfeng and Baili Dongjun, consecutively, and occult pagoda similar to xueyu tower in The Blood of youth 😊
