I enjoyed episode 2 quite a lot. It is natural that we all do not think every actor in the world is great and all that, but personally I quite like all of these actors. It was fun to see Kkok Du not being the typical stone faced guy that barley makes any expressions at all.

For me I enjoyed the first 20 or so episodes more then the last 16, but I do not regret watching.

I found them on youtube when I searched for Silence of the monster ost. Only the one with Sun Yihan x Bi Wen Jun is on the official iqiyi youtube channel though.

Tbh this is more political then wuxia once you get past the first few episodes. The romance is very slow and it takes quite a long while for something to actually happen. Compared to Dreams of splendor for example which has a lot of romance, this is much less.
