The summary of the drama and promotions made it seem like the show was going to have a balanced narrative between the two leads, with equal importance and screentime for both characters. But from what we’ve seen, it's all about the female lead and her family’s drama. The male lead who is first billing feels more like a supporting character. Some side characters even have more screentime than he does so It's understandable that people are feeling upset about the whole thing.
