I binged watched this show for two weeks. I'm not sure why everyone has negative things to say about this show, it's not as bad as everyone making it out to be but everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
However, I loved this show. It kept me guessing and on my toes every episode. Every episode, you would see the modern characters slowly start to show interest in Du Ri An & Kim So Jeo whether out of curiosity or interest.
Even though I loved this show, I'm hoping for a season 2, considering how it ended. I have way too many questions like:
-Did Du Ri An, Chi Gam & Joo Nam go back to the Joseon Era? -What did Chi Gam tell Du Ri An when Chi Jeong proposed to her? How was he going to "take care of it"? -Why did Woo Mi wait so long to reveal to tell her daughter about her real father? Why did she give her daughter Chi Jeong's last name, knowing that wasn't his child? -How did Deun Myeong break it to Ayla? (I just want to see her reaction :) -Did Eun Sung want Ri An to be her surrogate or a mistress to her husband? -Would Ri An & Chi Gam stay in the Joseon Era or come back to modern times? -Did Ri An & So Jeo discuss what was going to happen before the eclipse? (So Jeo stayed, Ri An went back?) -The ending of the last episode, did Chi Gam know he was going to die when he was laying there before she put the pillow over his face and he was talking in his mind? -What's the connection with the maid, was she a shaman in her past life, or was she possessed when she was in the hospital, and if she was by whom?
These are just the questions that I am left with. I'm sure I will have more.
This was the best ending I have ever seen. Well-deserved ending. I wish that a lot of these directors and writers could get together and make this kind of ending more often because I can't tell you how many times, I have seen a movie/show like this, and the ending is the FL forgiving the ML for EVERYTHING that he has done to her and all's forgiven. This ended as it should have.
I like this well enough, but seriously both sons are insensitive jerks. They expect their wives (fake and real)…
Yeah, I just finished watching this yesterday & I can say that it was annoying to constantly have a mother so invested in her grown son's personal business despite everything else that got on my nerves.
Does anyone know the song that is played in the background from the 1st episode during the queen selection scene ? (It was played throughout the drama too)
