This is on top of my list, or just below Kinnporsche which it clearly tries to imitate. The leads are quite wooden, which is surprising since they reportedly carried over the romance into real life. But Ton Saran is so drop dead gorgeous that it all matters little. Just to thirst after him is worth the trouble. His screen partner is clearly hindered slightly by being overly fond of the Botox but I dismissed him early on due to my jealousy. How dare he beat up Ton - I mean cutie pie Kim? Harumph! As you can probably gauge this is not the best written or acted BL in history but it is so devilishly camp that you’re easily carried away. Add a devastatingly beautiful jealous female, Miss Cherry, who gets her comeuppance for no reason I could determine, and the always cute Samantha Melanie Coates, who seems to have grown up overnight from the giggly schoolgirl she used to be, and the clumsily titled Unforgotten Night holds your attention to the end. There are also two heavily sedated white tigers around but I better leave them well enough alone.

They always bathe in shorts in Thai BL. It must be cultural. Here in the West a bare arse is shown even on some daytime dramas.

He turned 18 making Why R U.

I didn’t understand from watching that the two grandfathers were lovers. I wish I had because then everything makes a little more sense. Not a lot but at least a little.

I’m crushing on the curly haired kid.

I want to move there. The traffic in Bangkok seems to just flow so nicely. I’m in LA and right this minute I’m stuck on the 405 to hell. And then there’s the boys …

Notice how Ohm never actually kisses the girl in the opener? He never has such reservations when acting with Fluke.

Hence my ""

Some of us gays don’t want for more than that.

Thank you so much. He’s fine in any case.

The doctor’s "friend" was he played by the lovely and talented Ton Saran from Unforgotten Night?

Favorite subtitle: "You’re overacting like some soup opera!"

Thai 7-11 appears to be a fully stocked supermarket and not the often crammed convenience stores we have here in the US. Or is that only for this series? In any case, I wasn’t even born when 7-11 wasn’t open 24-7.

The third teaser is probably the closest to actual sex between two boys I’ve ever seen outside, well, porn, no kissing on the upper or lower lip here, but full on French. It must have been a very comfortable shoot for those two actors with a minimum of crew around. As for the actual first episode I’m on the fence to be honest.

I want to marry Ja so get in line :-)

And so drop dead gorgeous

I’m American of German background. But I’m getting sucked into Thai culture.

Since UN is one of my favorites, I probably will like it.

I’m actually enjoying this series which clearly is a satire of Thai dramas. I see a lot of negativity here but some of that is most likely due to cultural differences and/or English translators. The comedy is of course broad and the drag queen manager is cringeworthy over the top and wearing the most hideous wigs I’ve ever seen in anything. But I still laugh and the chemistry between the two leads in, what? their fourth time together? is very cute. They seem to have switched character types from their earlier romantic collaborations. I’m here to the end.
