The Gods here are not made by Male x Female = baby. They were created by nature (the natural law they called it here).
The other Gods have died, as XZ explained in episode 21. 70% were punished for abusing their power, and 30% died due to natural courses. he says all things that live must die, so he one day will also die and return to nature.
Ep 23.. What an interesting battle! Awesome CGI... Shen Li was super cool... but i didn't see any of her Generals…
the generals were held back by fu shengs creatures from the previous episode. im surprised a lot of viewers missed this scene?
shen li was lured away to the ocean by fu sheng on purpose to attack her alone and hoping to win
by the time the generals reached the scene, the blast happens leading to the flaming ocean (of course not all the ocean is on fire, just a big section), this part im assuming they searched and searched and only found her tassels thingy, which could have been blown away by the wind to another part of ocean that is not on fire, as you can see she didn't burn completely quickly (was slowly disintegrating) so there was time for it to fly away. lol. im sure they searched for her body and only the tassels was found = assumed dead. if they didn't search, nothing would have been found.
"witness" here just means they arrived and saw the blast since no one else could have that fire power but shen li in this realm (for now... hehehehe)
