For me twinkle love season 3 was the best since one of the couple is still dating n also they were so cute together.

N finally my fav season for heart signal is s5 coz I as a viewer actually got the witness the relationship of Zhang Genyuan n Li Nie Shuangyu to build up through their fun teasing and communication.This is exactly what I look for in a dating show. The chinese dating shows used to focus on chemistry rather than drama . Reason y I stopped watching the korean dating shows but I think unfortunately they are gonna focus on the rage bait from on coz they got a lot hype due to the pre released spoilers n all the other mess.

Yes all the scenes that u mentioned were so swoon worthy. I always re-watch yes I do season 4 after a shitty watching a shitty dating show😆. N need to do that this time as well. My expectations from dating show couples are already high coz pan pan and xiaoshi(lion) have shown us what actual chemistry is . I really hope they continue with the show.

Yeah I agree that no one deserves death threat but if the panelists become too neutral then there is no point in having them at all. They should add something, some perspective to the show. Maybe the councilor or psychology expert panelist can give an unbaised or neutral opinion coz she/he has the prior knowledge to understand the situations from every perspective. But now eveyone feels like sugarcoating everything the participants are saying.
Like just when someone is looking at someone normally or someone touched someone's hand by chance then the panelist go like 'WOW, OMG IT IS SO ROMANTIC' . In that sense eveyone is everyone's crush😭🤡🫡

Yes I felt like its one of those season where I was constantly like "huh what is happening, y is this happening, does this make sense???" N strangely enough evn after having so many eps y was it so boring. I had high hopes from the trailer😅

Pan pan n lion from yes I do season 4 are the best couple in the history of dating show. No one can top them in chem,communication and understanding. The fact that they are still together makes me so happy. Yes s5 was a let down. I want them to continue by releasing more seasons.

I also didn't have much problem with her comments coz even I didn't like the muchen triangle. N as panelists u r supposed to give your raw opinions along with pointing out the goods. This year they were a bit too nuetral so what was the point of having them??
I have seen panelists from twinkle love,love actually and other shows react much more n they infact were quite blunt with their opinions. Man I miss the legendary Rainei who would give the appropriate reactions and opinion as a panelist for some of the prior seasons of HS.

Yes I do season 4 is so good that the main couple would make u feel like you r watching an idol drama. N they communicated so well. N yes I am not sure about the depth of the qs but they articulated everything so well. The cast members were given the opportunity to draw n change their ideal types n so much more. So idk how effective those were but yeah production at least tried to make changes for the cast to help them develop the relations. Not like HS were have of the prop wasn't even used. Like why didn't anyone use the lighthouse(or I might have missed it)

Yes lanlan is actually very smart and what I like about her the most is she is very calm n composed that suits her a lot. For me she is like the female version of dr fang

I think last yr the panelists faced backlash. I think that curly haired panelist was trolled online(then again I might be wrong). Some said she was too biased against muchen coz she would get irritated by him lol. So I think this yr all the panelists are trying to stay neutral. Idk just a guess.
N I think yuhang just isn't that into chichi or else he wouldn't have compromised. I might get proven wrong in the later eps tho. N chichi wants zihan's characters in yuhang's body 😂.
N finally for jioa. I feel like pengao was like a watered down verison of Jiao😌

Imo all the dating show production team should ask questions to the casts prior to joining the show on what type of partner they want so that the cast members can actually be matched somewhat based on their interests. This is done in the korean dating show I am Solo, where they ask appropriate qs. Then again it is a much serious dating show where ppl really wanna get married or looking for long-time partners.
They did something similar to this in another chinese dating show Yes I do season 4(btw it is one of those goated dating shows which is top tier) where the participants were matched with their ideal types n then they asked each other dating related qs. They did all this before actually seeing each other at the house.

Yes even I think that the production might have begged doudou to stay for handling the messy situations coz she is like the mother of the group. I read somewhere, some netizens were saying she should become a councilor😆(n I would love that for her)
Honestly they r trying to drag the show atp. This season already sucks. What else is there to see?? One pair has already gone for the trip,two of the participants quit and the rest is predictable. So just end it or show them as extra eps, idk 🤷‍♀️. Even the timing of release of the eps are all so messy. Man everything is messy. They have just increased the production budget this season but we nvr got anything interesting out of it(sure there were some moments but just a few)

See you can have one opinion, I can have mine and others can have their own opinions. U did say in the comments somewhere that u think dd is putting too much pressure on Lechen ,that was your take. Maybe after that u said u think both dd and L could have handles things in a diff way but that doesn't mean that someone else has to agree with u. That also means that anyone is free to disagree with me . Just bcz u think both of them should be criticized that doesn't mean someone will do that.
N I have always am seeing this like since both lechen and yuan has shared about their traumas we tend to sympathize with them a lot but we don't know about dd maybe she also has some past trauma that is the reason y she wants things to be clear instead of just playing guessing game. I mean it is not wrong to want clarity.

N I am not saying that someone like has to be someone's bias in order to defend them . I am just saying in general

It is quite normal for ppl to supporter their bias if they are trying to do that. Some ppl tried to defend lechen ,some tried defending doudou and some tried for yuan. It is expected since mdl is a place to have healthy discussion.
If we are ready to understand about lechen's behavior bcz of his past trauma or his mbti then we should also be considerate about dou dou's behavior coz she is straight forward.
And more over it is not even about who is right or wrong it is about manners . Just like how some ppl said that dou dou shouldn't have put pressure on lechen some ppl are saying lechen should have at least talked to dd himself n said that he wasn't ready to talk at that moment instead of letting jiao handle that mess.

Season 5 is also very good especially the second half of the season. It is my favorite season.
