As a person who did grow up watching Jackie Chan, I would always admire his genuinity and ability to somehow influence his audience to be curious of his culture. Though most of his movies are western-driven, he still incorporates his chinese culture somehow. He wouldn't mind injuring or putting himself at risk. He is always willing to give credits to whom credits are due especially to his co-workers. In my opinion, the movie was great still. There might be some flaws but I enjoyed it overall.

TBH, I didn't watched the OG as I would usually hate jumping into bandwagon. 🤭 Watched the kversion because of PHS. EP1-3 didn't entertain me as much and I was about to put this on hold. I tried to watch more to test my patience and EP 4 somehow hooked me up. But honestly, I was crawling to finish until last episode.😮💨🫣
Finished 2/3 parts of the drama and yet I'm still not able to understand how did I managed to. Lots of confusion for me. Editing seems to be very poor and sloppy. I didn't even know when did the leads started falling in love. I only discovered that they were already inlove. Certain characters also pops up here and there without any explanation how they manage to get there. The script writing seems to lose some sense. I don't know if it's the editing or the script itself but almost all folks from Dragon Howl Sect seems to be idiot. Their attitudes towards certain situations were all very foolish.
Anyways, I came to think that I'm only able and still trying to finish the whole series because it's Ren Jia Lun's drama.🙄😮💨
After watching OAO, Forever and Ever hooked me up until the end. It's wise to watch OAO first cause you will indeed appreciate more FAE. In my case, I rooted for their love since Ep1 and I'm really insisting that their love is the payment from what fate stole from them before. 🤭 But I'm somewhat puzzled about one thing, so it seems that the story about the Junior Prince of Nanchen based on FAE is still unknown (none is totally written in Zhousheng Chen's ancestry about him) aside from he seems to either fell inlove or used the crown princess but a movie/drama was created based on his story (one which Shi Yi is dubbing) and the whole OAO story is Shi Yi's dream during the coma period. I'm not sure if I got it correctly though.😂🤭 Also, I didn't expect that I'll be needing additional tissues in this series. It would have been a little consolation for me too if some of Shiyi's brothers and sisters from OAO were present But all in all, it was a perfectly created drama.
I'm not sure with others but this Somali war is all but good business for others who don't value humanity. It's a pity that NK counselor died just after reaching help. Also, from my pov, NK and SK people are all but Koreans outside the Korean Peninsula. We are all but humans beyond our loyalty to the country we serve.
Movie wise, brilliantly created and korean movie industry can indeed rivaled those of Hollywood's. Hopefully, they can create more western-like action movies or maybe war movies such as this. ❤️
