I had to sit down twice to get through the first ep. I've watched until ep 4 but I can't do this anymore. I'm just not interested I guess :(

I watched Mysterious Lotus casebook recently, I've found it really good. I also watched Ashes of love but I don't really watch too many wuxias. I've watched this drama until ep 4 but I just couldn't get through... I don't really understand whats going on. They are going from one city to another but I don't understand why... We know almost nothing about the characters, whats their intention and to be honest I don't really care, bc I don't know anything about them. In Mysterious Lotus Casebook we understood the characters intentions but here, we get to know a lot of characters without even knowing a single thing about them. I'd like to see a story which I understand the characters more so I care about them. :(

I'd say for me it was the 2nd episode, but when DFS join them, it gets so much funnier. I think it gets a little bit more interesing half way through, we got to know a lot of things after quite a lot episode, but it gets so exciting I couldn't stop watching it.

For me, it was a very satisfying ending, even though it feels a little bit sad, (i would say open ending) it was absolutely beautiful. I always watched dramas with happy endings, but I didn't feel bad watching this ending, so I recommend you to give this drama a chance :)

I am a romance fanatic too, but I gave this a chance, and this is the best drama I've ever seen. Absolutely recommend, very good friendship between the leads, the story is very interesting, you won't feel any need for a romance.

No, as I said before I don't need kissing scenes (or sex scenes) for feeling chemistry between two characters. I watch action dramas too with absolutely no romance scenes but even they have chemistry (or for example Law School is one of my favorite and the chemistry is so so good, but they weren't even together or anything).
Here I felt absolutely nothing. I know its more like a slice of life genre, but you can't say they didn't focus a little bit about romantic relationships, and still it was pretty bad. (I only talk about the main couple)
Please read my previous comments before saying such stupid things to me like watch sex in the city. I don't watch things like that.

yeah I should have done a research too, I'm not always wacthing romance genre but like 80% percent. This one was a good drama, but they shouldn't listed it as a romance.

even if its not a romance genre in other sites, here it is listed as romance. And even if its not focused on romance ( I was aware that this is more like a slice of life) the chemistry was still off for me. Even if there are no kisses, I watched a lot of romance drama were there was no kisses, there was still a lot of chemistry, bit here I felt nothing. I gave it a 7.0 so not a too bad rating.

I gave a bad rating, bc I felt absolutely no chemistry. Didn't feel like a romance drama, I can't understand why they gave this romance genre. This is just my opinion, I'm not hating on this drama, the acting was good, the story was good but the romance for me was pretty bland.

I was trying to get through for a few episodes, but the conversations between the two leads are just so awkward. I guess there is more chemistry between them some episodes later, but I can't watch this anymore. I gave it 2 chances...
