When Yak kissed Dee's hospital identity card and then backed off of Dee. We could see on Dee's face he really realized Yak will always without any conditions respect his boundaries no matter how silly they may seem. And I think that was his moment where he decided to just let it happen and also we know Dee loves to win (as he said in EP 3 he feels sexy when he wins) so I think he felt sexy to win over Yak about the rules he has set.
And since Yak is such a green flag he also don't want to break the rules so it's himself breaking them.
